This Agreement governs your access to and use of ph653.club, including all games, payment services, promotions, and account features. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any bet on ph653.

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the meanings assigned below:
2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and ph653. By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," "I Agree," or any equivalent confirmation, or by continuing to access or use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment, the User irrevocably accepts these Terms in full.
2.2 ph653 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or prominent Platform notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect. 2.3 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to ph653 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. ph653 employs identity verification measures to enforce this requirement. Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated under PAGCOR's licensing jurisdiction and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. ph653 does not guarantee legality of access outside the Philippines and reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
3.3 Personal Capacity. By registering, you represent that you are not: (a) acting as an agent for a third party; (b) a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of ph653 or its affiliates; (c) a family member of ph653 personnel where such participation would create a conflict of interest; or (d) registered on the PAGCOR national exclusion list.
3.4 Single Registration. Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. ph653 uses technical and manual review measures to detect and close duplicate registrations.

4.1 To access real-money games and services on ph653, Users must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current, and complete information including: a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, a date of birth confirming the User is 21 or above, and a secure password.

The name on a Player's ph653 Account must match the name on the government-issued identification document provided during KYC verification. 6.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including email address, password, and two-factor authentication codes. ph653 staff will never ask for a Player's password through any channel.
6.2 Players must notify ph653 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their Account or any suspected compromise of login credentials.
6.3 ph653 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security, including losses resulting from a Player sharing credentials with third parties or accessing the Account on unsecured public networks.
6.4 ph653 reserves the right to lock an Account temporarily following multiple failed login attempts. The Account will be automatically unlocked after thirty (30) minutes, or the Player may contact support to expedite the process after confirming identity.
ph653 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven cash-in. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph653 does not impose currency conversion fees, though some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
ph653 complies with the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended. ph653 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players may be required to provide source-of-funds declarations. ph653 reserves the right to freeze and review any Account suspected of money laundering or terrorist financing activity without prior notice.
8.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by ph653 are subject to specific terms stated on each individual offer page. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms in this Section and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets the Player must place before the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings may be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement on ph653 bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to the Player by virtue of this Agreement.
12.3 The following acts are expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of ph653: copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, selling, or creating derivative works based on any Platform content; using ph653's trademarks or branding in any manner likely to cause confusion; and screen-scraping, data mining, or automated data collection from the Platform.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph653 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity; (c) damages arising from a Player's reliance on Platform content; or (d) losses arising from third-party service failures including payment gateway outages, internet service interruptions, or game provider downtime.
13.2 ph653's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
13.3 ph653 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or events beyond ph653's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, or infrastructure failures.
13.4 Gambling Risks. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a possible outcome of any gambling activity. ph653 does not guarantee any winnings and is not liable for losses incurred through lawful gameplay on the Platform.
14.1 ph653 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
14.2 Upon termination for breach, ph653 may forfeit any Bonus Funds in the Account. Real Money funds may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated, Real Money funds will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
14.3 Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ph653 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or dispute resolution proceedings already in progress.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and the Republic Act No. 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act).
15.2 Any dispute between a Player and ph653 arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ph653's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact ph653 customer support and allow a period of fourteen (14) days for resolution before escalating.
15.3 Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. ph653 submits to the jurisdiction of PAGCOR and agrees to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-directed investigation or arbitration.
15.4 Nothing in this Section restricts a Player's rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
16.1 ph653 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
16.2 Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law on short notice — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
16.3 The current effective version of these Terms is always published at ph653.club/terms-conditions and is dated with the effective date. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
